When you want to wow them but you also want some ice cream. and cheesecake. and sweet little toppings. whip up this exquisite dessert that’ll spark imagination and delight every tastebud with its splendid variety of flavors. have your guests join in the fun as they personalize their dessert or simply surprise them with a deliciously magnificent presentation.

Dough:

2 cups flour 1 cup packed brown sugar ¼ cup granulated white sugar½ tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt 1¼ stick mehadrin butter, melted1 tsp vanilla extract 1 egg

Directions: 8 oz jj whipped cream cheese½ cup mehadrin sour cream ½ cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 egg yolks 1 tsp cornstarch, diluted in ¼ cup milk2 cups mehadrin vanilla ice cream 1 cup mehadrin whipped cream

preparing the dough

6 preheat the oven to 350º f. line the bottom of an 11 or 12-inch springform pan with parchment paper. in a bowl, add flour, sugars, baking soda, and salt. whisk with a fork until combined. add the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. beat until a dough is formed. press the dough into the bottom and approximately 1½ inches up the sides of the springform pan. bake for 15 minutes. allow to cool.

2 3 preparing the cheesecake add cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, yolks, and cornstarch to a bowl. beat with a hand mixer until smooth. add ice cream and whip. beat until combined. pour the ice cream mixture into the prepared dough and freeze.

1 2 3 preparing the pops once frozen, cut the cheesecake into 12 equal slices. release the springform pan. stick a popsicle stick into each slice. place them back into the freezer while you prepare your toppings.

Toppings: Dip each slice into your favorite melted chocolate and have fun topping them with your choice of sauces, candy bars, chocolate, cookies, nuts, and fruit.
