Team Israel

Israel’s national baseball team, which competed in the recent Tokyo Olympics, hired Ian Kinsler to serve as manager as it gears up for the World Baseball Classic in March 2023. Games will be played in Miami, Phoenix, Tokyo and Taichung, Taiwan.

Kinsler, who has dual citizenship, Israeli and USA, played for the Israel National Olympic team. He had 14 seasons in the major leagues, including a World Series championship with the Boston Red Sox, played in four All-Star games and is a two-time Golden Glove awardee.

IAC will keep the Naples community abreast of developments of Team Israel to the World Baseball Classic.
