JFCS is now using a Lyft product called Concierge, which allows JFCS to arrange rides on behalf of its cli ents, including the ability to schedule rides up to a week in advance. Lyft has also partnered with GreatCall, a senior focused cell phone company, which will help seniors use Lyft without having to navigate the smart phone app. Anyone using a Jitterbug phone can now simply press ‘0’ and arrange a ride with the company.
