THE IDEA for Denik came from a deep desire to show the world that artists can make an impact. As a group of students at Utah State in 2011, we started designing notebooks and using the proceeds to build schools. We sold wherever we could, from concerts to campus events. Since then, we've blossomed from a grassroots street team of book-slingers to an artsy-eclectic bunch of business professionals.
THANKS TO YOUR SUPPORT, we've funded 10 schools in developing nations, including Mali, Guatemala, Laos, Ghana, Nicaragua, Senegal, Nepal, and Malawi. We've supported artists all over the world, and sold thousands of products in seven countries. With your help, we are proving every day that art truly can change the world.

Orders:
Minimum open order amount: $200
Minimum reorder: $150
Products must be ordered in correct order increments.
New Accounts:
First order must be prepaid on a credit card. 3% credit card fee applies to orders over $1,000.
**Payment terms available upon credit approval. A Denik credit application must be signed by the customer along with credit references prior to approval. ACH or check payments are also available.
Payment Terms:
Payment terms are prepaid unless approved for credit terms. Late credit payments are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month.
Shipping:
Retailer is responsible for shipping charges. The most economical shipping method will be selected unless otherwise requested.
Returns:
If you find a discrepancy in your order, contact customer service within 7 days of receipt of your merchandise, along with images and order information.
Backorders: We manage backorders over $40 as requested by the customer.
Internet Sales: We support brick and mortar independent websites, but Amazon and other marketplace reselling is not permitted.
