Sans Frontières (MSF) provides medical assistance to people affected by conflict, epidemics, disasters or exclusion from health care in more than 70 countries around the world.
In Chad, Mali, Niger, Nigeria and Sudan, their teams are responding to multiple growing humanitarian crises where children are suffering from malnutrition and infectious diseases. High supply prices, protracted conflicts, refugee crises and climate change are deeply affecting many people’s ability to feed their families and access to medical care. MSF is scaling up nutrition and other pediatric programs across the region, with the aim of saving the lives of tens of thousands of children enduring these crises.

Clean Air Task Force (CATF) is dedicated to finding solutions for clean energy in a world where we’re so dependent on it. In looking at the big picture, they address issues on all levels, from policy to getting a clean energy infrastructure built.
Reducing our impact on the planet and supporting organizations that work toward that goal is important to us, and we believe in the good work that CATF does. Clean Air Task Force is working to change technology and policies toward achieving a zero-emissions, high-energy planet and has a unique role in the environmental and climate movement as a science-driven, solutions-focused and strategic organization.

We also donate locally, to our longtime partners at the Housatonic Valley Association (HVA).
The HVA protects the natural character and environmental health of the Housatonic River watershed, from its source just north of our hometown of Pittsfield to Bridgeport, CT, where it empties into the Long Island Sound.
We love the Housatonic River because of the life and wonder that a healthy water source brings, from birds and pollinators to amphibians and native plant life. Not to mention its impact on the rest of the region. The Housatonic Watershed encompasses almost 2,000 square miles, 83 towns and 100,000 recreational acres. Now that’s something to protect!

FILLING OUR DAYS WITH COLOR
Our Arts & Assembly department loves to get messy! In their weekly art classes, this team of people with disabilities rolls up their sleeves and lets their creativity loose. Whether it’s a magic marker self-portrait or a ceiling-hung galaxy made from upcycled materials, these glorious works of art beautify our hallways and inspire us throughout the day.
Not that it’s all fun and games; this department is super hardworking, cranking out Blue Q assembly projects at whirlwind speed. They keep our busy order fulfillment department wellstocked and humming right along.
