Each product has a minimum order quantity of 4. Initial order minimum $250, $200 reorder minimum. All orders under the minimum will be subject to a $15 processing fee. Prices in effect at time of shipment shall apply. Orders that are cancelled or refused are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Policies, pricing and products are subject to change or substitution without notice. We accept no liability for omissions or errors. Graphique de France grants payment terms to retailers who meet our credit approval guidelines. Past-due accounts subject to a late charge of 1.5% per month (18% annual rate). All rights reserved. RETURNABLE PROGRAM DETAILS
Only Wall calendars, Mini Calendars and 2 Year planners can be ordered as returnable, all other planners are only sold Non-returnable. All orders received after 09/01/2022 are non-returnable.
Seasonal December 1 dating for customers in good standing. Return authorizations are provided between 2/1 and 4/1 of the upcoming calendar year and will not be processed after 4/1. Return authorization numbers must be obtained from Graphique prior to return and must include a detailed listing of all merchandise (by SKU). Credit toward future merchandise will be processed upon receipt and processing of returned merchandise. Please fax or email request. Authorization requests will not be processed if a balance is due.
