Terms are Net 30 from date of invoice on approved credit. Past due accounts are subject to a charge of 2% per month. There will be a $25 charge on all returned checks. COD’s are not accepted. All first orders for new accounts are credit card only. E-mail addresses and credit references required. Net 30 terms can be established for re-orders with approved credit. Freight: Credit Cards: We welcome VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Freight charges are billed to customer with the merchandise unless shipped truck/freight FedEx. Merchandise pricing is FOB Novato, California. Please allow 7-10 days shipping time. Shipping/Product Claims: All shipping and damage claims or errors must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. These returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from our Customer Service Department. A return authorization number will be given at the time of approval. Credit will not be given for items returned without approval. Price-tagged or shop worn merchandise may not be returned.
