INGREDIENTS INGREDIENTS INGREDIENTS

• 3 cups all-purpose flour

• ½ cup sugar

• 2½ tsp. baking soda

• 1 tsp. salt

½ tsp. baking powder

12 tbsp. cold butter, cut into cubes

1 egg

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 cup milk

1 tbsp. Vanilla Chai Tea

2 tbsp. brewed Vanilla Chai Tea

• 1¼ cups powdered sugar

• 1 tbsp. heavy cream

DIRECTIONS

• Preheat oven to 400°F.

• Place your milk and vanilla chai in a small sauce pan. Heat until just before it starts boiling, then remove from heat and allow to cool. Strain the milk into a cup and place in the fridge until cold.

• Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

• Cut in the butter until the butter is in pea-size pieces.

• Whisk together your egg, vanilla extract, and chai milk. Add to the flour mixture and stir to create a dough.

Turn out onto a floured countertop and knead for about 30 seconds. Pat dough into a circle and cut into 12 triangles. Bake for 15 minutes. While scones are cooling, make the glaze by brewing a cup of vanilla chai. Pour 2 tbsp. of the tea into a bowl and combine with the powdered sugar and heavy cream to make a glaze. Once cool, drizzle the vanilla chai glaze over the top of each scone.

• 2½ oz Gin infused with Chamomile Citrus Tea

• ¼ oz Dry vermouth

• ¼ oz Chamomile Citrus Tea

INFUSION

• Add approximately 1 tbsp. of Chamomile Citrus Tea to 10 oz of gin.

• Seal and let steep for a week, then strain.

• Feel free to play with your ratios and infusion time for stronger or more subtle flavors.

DIRECTIONS

• Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.

• Stir to chill.

• Strain into a chilled glass.

• Express orange peel zest over the drink.

• Garnish with shortbread.

• 2 oz Blanco Tequila

• 1 tbsp. Hibiscus Rosehip Tea

• 1 oz Cointreau or Triple Sec

• ½ oz Agave

¾ oz freshly squeezed lime juice

Kosher salt, for the rim

Lime wheel, for garnish

INFUSION

• Infuse 2 oz of tequila with 1 tbsp. of Hibiscus Rose hip Tea, and let it steep for 20 minutes.

DIRECTIONS

• In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add Hibiscus Rosehip Tea-infused tequila, Cointreau, agave and lime juice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a Margarita glass rimmed with kosher salt and filled with ice.

• Garnish with a lime wheel.

Recommended BREWING & Steep Times

For every 8 oz. cup, place a tablespoon of tea into an infuser and steep in hot water. Remove the infuser and enjoy! For best results, use filtered water.
