payment Payment can be made via credit card or bank transfer. Those payments will be charged at time of shipping.
We are only able to offer net terms to follow-up orders on accounts managed by our sales representatives.
turnaround time Orders are generally shipped in one to three days from receipt. Please contact us or your sales rep for specific ship dates.

shipping Shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment. Most domestic orders ship via USPS Priority. Other carriers or use of your own shipping account is available on request. International orders ship via USPS Priority or FedEx. We are not responsible for any carrier delays.
packaging Products must be sold in their
original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up for individual sale.
returns We do not accept wholesale returns except for items damaged in transit. Please notify us of damaged items within three business days of receiving the merchandise, and we will replace at no charge.
cancellations Please notify us via e-mail or phone within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel or change it. Cancellations made after the order has shipped are subject to a $25 restocking fee in addition to the original shipping
costs.
