The Best Type Found In Baltimore #2

Page 1

URBAN SOUND Naked, poetic, crude, corporate, vandalistic, unintelligible, rewarding— Baltimore’s typography is everywhere. There’s no need to search high and low for expressions of this city’s rich history and exuberant life; it shouts day and night, along every sidewalk and behind every corner. Typographic voices ooze from Baltimore’s billboard slogans, graffiti tags, storefront windows, and restaurant signage. All we need to do is listen.
