A good catch from the world of Aveda, Richard (and Mouse) joined the Nova team 4 years ago and have been making a difference ever since. Richard, the resident handy–man, go–to fix it guy, was integral in laying out the design and set up of our current warehouse, and between he and Justin, are working on streamlining the order/shipping process more each day. As you already know, Nova is very “dog–friendly”, so make sure if you’re bringing your pooch by for a visit, you stop in at the warehouse to say hi to Mouse, oh yeah, and Richard too.

Although her “people” originated from the Mexican state of Chihuahua, Mouse now resides in Cobble Hill. Her breed has a long history, according to legend, of being involved in religious worships of the Aztecs. Mouse fancies herself leader of “her own little region” as one can tell when they meet her. She has the power over people to make them speak in “cutesy” little voices and always manages to receive “offerings” (Milk Bones) from her “loyal subjects”. Positioned now as head of the welcoming committee, Mouse runs a tight ship, so make sure you say hello if you see her, and hint, hint, don’t forget the treats! 2
