your community the “Best in the West.” Each one of you is appreciated more than you know. The Corte Bella HOA staff has been fantastic this last year. I can’t thank them enough for all their hard work and dedication to the Corte Bella Community.

Dawn in Corte Bellla photo from Dan Kurtenbach Here are some projects that will be happening this year 2022 which will enhance and beautify the community. • Retile the courtyard fountains, • new cardio equipment in the Fitness Center, • new carpet in the Fitness Center, • wood floor re-surfacing in the Fitness Center Flex Center, • resurfacing of the Tennis and Pickleball Courts, • new entry and exit gates, • new sliding door at the Fitness Center, • Update the Fitness Center locker rooms and bathrooms, • start the Anacapa kitchen remodel. As you can see, we are going to be busy this next year. I can’t wait to get started on these projects and to see just how these improvements are going to enhance the community. A new year means a new chapter. I hope 2022 is an incredible part of your story.
