Rachel Anderson was named the 2017 Ohio Valley Conference Freshman of the Year and the 2019 OVC Player of the Year.
Mark Redburn led the Redhawks to a program record 46 wins, OVC regular-season and tournament titles, and an NCAA Regional appearance in 2019. Redburn was named OVC Coach of the Year that season.
