RIVERFRONT PROPERTIES PROVIDE A RECREATIONAL HAVEN Fishing properties and conservation opportunities go hand-in-hand.

The riparian areas along the Snake River and Gros Ventre River corridors within Jackson Hole serve as some of the region’s most critical wildlife habitat, as well as the most-desirable real estate. Given the essential need for responsible stewardship along these waterways, many parcels that comprise the adjoining banks have been protected via conservation easements that establish reduced or limited development while maintaining private ownership. Properties within this area of the valley are renown for their balance of homeowner access and preservation, with a strong legacy of conservation underpinning some of the larger parcels in the county. Very few undeveloped riverfront properties remain within the privately-held parcels of the region. Among these, two adjacent Snake River access properties have recently come on the market, and offer nearly-unlimited possibilities for a future owner. Located on the western side of Prince Place, north of Jackson, the combined lot offering provides more than 49 pristine and private acres along the banks of the Snake and its braided side-channels. Linger Creek winds its way through mature stands of cottonwood and evergreen trees that extend to a private section of the Snake River Dike and to the river corridor beyond. Each of the 24.6-acre individual parcels retains its own development rights, and are offered separately or in combination.
