Site is located on the Yangcheng Lake Penisular with two main accesses to it. Site has a difference of height from lake to the hill about three meters.
This axonemtric intends to show clearly the how the sturcture and function zones as well as the circulation is integrated into a whole rowing center. With the its underground character, axo from bottom help to understand better.
This diagram uses rhino model to show circulation logic vertically and horizontally and the skylighting system.

A main point of idea is this rowing center is one part of the whole natrual landscape. When seeing far away, it is just a small hill, then going a bit more close, two arches made of glass will directly attract attention. They are two skywindow one of which works as the entrance of the building, both introducing the light into this underground building.

This curve roof not only gives a more flexiable interior height, but also merge the bicycle lane and pedastrain into it, help this landscap more convenient to use and keeping the natrual view meanwhile. abstract modoel of whole landscape
