Learning Resource Centre

Library is the heart of the institute and plays a vital role in supporting, teaching and learning activities, and provides the main source for individual research at Maharaja. Library is meant to help academic community to keep abreast with the latest development in their area of activities and to provide information support for research and consultancy. At the same time for students, library is a source to get information support for their course curriculum as well as for their self-development. A well-stocked fully automated library equipped with latest books and journals on business management and information technology related area. Maharaja Group has excellent libraries for the benefit of students, faculties and researchers. The Group’s Libraries has a large collection of books covering various branches of Engineering and Technology, Management, Science and Humanities and its related fields. The libraries are: • Well protected with fire alarms and CCTV security systems • Equipped with reading halls in all the floors, with reference collection • Having rich collection of books, Journals, Magazines, Corporate and Industry information & research databases.

HOSTEL & ACTIVITIES

Maharaja provides affordable residential accommodation integrated within the campus to cultivate an environment conducive to research and promote dialogue among students, their peers, and faculty members. Group provides separate Boys (75 seats) & Girls (30 seats) hostels. The Maharaja hostels are a perfect place to live away from home. They offer singleor double¬ occupancy rooms depending on availability, student seniority and merit. All the rooms have been designed to provide adequate moving space and ample air and light. The residential accommodations are coupled with all facilities, including: • Well-furnished rooms • Round-the-clock electricity • Room coolers • RO water supply • Hot water • Provision for indoor and outdoor games • Special access to the library and computer lab even after the normal working hours • 24hrs. Maharaja ensures the safety and security of the students in the hostels through a dedicated team of security officers and personnel who work for the same. There are security guards who take care that proper decorum is maintained in the campus and are there to assist the students in case of any emergency. Also CCTVs have been installed in the campus for continuous surveillance.

Security

With a view to develop the all round personality of the students, Maharaja emphasizes as much on sports as on academics. We encourage students to attain sporting excellence and provides all the necessary facilities and equipment to the students for maintaining physical fitness and good health.

Recreation

We offer an extensive range of sports and fitness classes throughout the academic session. Qualified staff and trainers deliver programmes for all ages, tastes and abilities, from Cricket to Yoga to Weight Training and Aerobics. All the games have equipment of International standards which is accessible to all the students.
