NORMAL LIVING: WORK-HOME FOR WHEELCHAIR USER Built based on the issues of disabilities for those who live in the event of poverty due to discriminations, or for not having the same rights and opportunities as others on the community. Also reflected from the point of view of architecture. that most of the spaces contain physical barriers, which unpurposely happened to create “apartheid design”, where disabilities treated as ones who are ‘excluded’ in the area caused by the inaccessible layout in the space. Normal Living is a project, built and located in Sunter Agung, where disabilities, specifically who are in wheelchairs, are given the opportunities of working in garment industry. The product’s later will be shown and presented through Wheelchair Dance and Fashion Runway. They are also given a quite decent life support, such as, a proper living accommodation with the existence of urban farming activities to provide their daily need of food. and they could do their social-life in the provided community for moral support. The purpose of this particular project is to reduce the stigma that disability means inability, which has been the public belief over the the years. Not only to remove the stigma from the public, but more importantly to remove it from those with disabilities themselves. In order to achieve that, Normal Living is up to create the ability of self confidence about their disability through architectural design because between normal and abnormal is only about perception not reality in the first place.

MANGROVE SCIENCE PARK: ESTUARINE ECOSYSTEM RESEARCH CENTER & PLAYSCAPE The Hybrid merged program of the Muara Ecosystem Research Center with Augmented Reality (AR) Playscape: The Research Center which is supported by the Integrated Mangrove Aquaculture based on IoT (Internet of Things) that aims to empower fishermen in Tanjung Burung therefore it will develop a sustainable program, where the research center in addition to working, researching and improving the estuary ecosystem in Tanjung Burung, that also functions for Fisheries Genetic Engineering in Brackish Water (Estuaries). Mangroves also acts as a biofilter for the waters of the Cisadane River estuary which will be used for fish cultivation. When all these program combined, this Augmented Reality (AR) Playscape, placed in this part of the mangrove landscape and fish farming, children will be able to learn and understand about mangroves from an early age that Mangroves are important for the world, themselves, and the place where they live. With gadgets & gaming technology that they enjoy, learning will be more memorable for them.

SATRIO TECH ACADEMY MIXED USE BUILDING Indonesia lacks 600,000 digital human resources per year. This is a challenge in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and Jakarta's dream to become a Smart City that is integrated with information and communication technology (TI) and Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The location of the building is included in the Golden Triangle area where most office activities occur in this area which is also the central of the city. The existence of this Tech-Academy is expected to be a place to train digital skills of office workers who are especially in the Golden Triangle area and be a solution to the lack of human resources in the industry, helping advance technological development in Indonesia.
