Contract Administrative Services The BBRS Contract Administrative Services Department holds itself to the highest standards in contract compliance, guidelines and regulation. Consistency, guidance and organization ensure that our clients can trust that their contract administrative requirements are met. BBRS can also help navigate contract creation, review existing documents and develop solutions to contractual issues.
THE TEAM
The team is led by attorney Terri Clemens, who has more than 20 years’ experience in the government contracting industry. She leads a team of professionals with extensive contracting experience in construction, environmental remediation and engineering. The contracts administrative group manages a wide range of contracts such as Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), cost-plus, service agreements, leases, bid build, design build and construction management contracts. The group operates as a team, and exceeding customer expectations is the norm.

Human Resources BBRS’ Human Resources Department offers an experienced staff eager to assist clients with training, recruitment, employee relations, investigations and a multitude of other HR services companies need. The team has a diverse HR background in such industries as construction, engineering, healthcare, transportation, banking and oilfield services.
THE TEAM
The HR team provides a full spectrum of services, such as site-based training, organizational development, employee awareness and benefit management. Senior HR Manager Michael Redmond provides specialized services to Lower 48 clients, while Senior HR Manager Rhonda Lamp, SPHR, works closely with Alaska companies. The HR team also includes an HR generalist, senior training specialist and senior benefits analyst. Each are 100 percent focused on customer service and strive to promptly respond to client needs.

IT Director Niel Smith leads a team of professionals with experience in complex organizations such as hospital and healthcare facilities, construction and engineering firms, Alaska Native Corporations, leading telecommunication providers and financial institutions. Niel is also a Microsoft instructor with more than 2,000 hours in the classroom. His team has skills in network security, disaster recovery, project management, network engineering and administration.

Marketing and Communications The Marketing and Communications team includes professional writers, graphic designers and project managers with a range of creative and strategic experience. Using best practices and keeping budgets and goals in mind, the team gets results for clients across multiple industries, including government contracting, tourism, natural resources and other service industries.

Communications Manager Amy Hastings is an awardwinning marketing strategist and creative professional. Amy has worked with some of the top brands in Alaska, as well as state and national organizations. She works closely with her team to develop strategic client communications that enhance growth, brand development and public awareness. With a skilled group of professionals, established workflow and QA/QC standards, BBRS is able to quickly customize a team based on client goals and budgets.
