Street House For Extended Family This project is about designing a street house for extended family, considering different needs and lifestyles. The site for this project is located at 7th redevelopment zone in Taichung, which is small, narrow and surrounded by high-rise apartments.

THE LINK Mix-use Housing/Ofď€ ce This project is about creating a building that combines two different uses: Studio and extended family house. The site is near by a night market in Taichung.

HABITAT WITHIN HABITAT Residential Area Planning: Eco-Adaptations Habitat Within Habitat is a proposal of sustainable residential area planing. The strategy of this project is to make a complete block without roads, and built the paths between buildings. The concept of the building prototype is a dogtrot house, which has a breezeway in-between, and by transforming the breezeway controls season winds. The master plan of these buildings is based on the simulated pattern of animal paths.

THE MEGASTRUCTURE
OBSERVATION Lanyu, 2012
Island Planning: A System For Recovery The Megastructure is a team work graduate project on Lanyu, an island of Taiwan. Lanyu was a primitive island that fulls with native beauty and aboriginal culture. However, it is about to disappear due to political and tourism issues. Our strategy is to reorganize the spaces and resources on the island, unified into one place, not only can be used more efficiently, but reduce the damage of redundant constructions, thus brings the island back to original.
