SETTING UP THE GAME THE BANKER

CARDS

CHOOSE ONE PLAYER TO BE THE BANKER AT THE START OF THE GAME. THAT PLAYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL MONEY PAID TO AND FROM THE BANK. THE BANKER SEPARATES THE MONEY INTO PILES, AND DISTRIBUTES $10,000 TO EACH PLAYER.

SEPARATE THE CARDS INTO TWO PILES, CAREER & HOUSING. PLACE THEM FACEDOWN NEAR THE GAMEBOARD, AND BE SURE TO SHUFFLE THEM BEFORE ANY USE IN THE GAME.

IF A PLAYER ACQUIRES THE “BANK TELLER” CAREER CARD, THE DUTIES OF THE BANKER ARE AUTOMATICALLY TRANSFERRED TO THAT PLAYER.

YOU MAY BORROW MONEY FROM THE BANK DURING ANY OF YOUR TURNS. TAKE ONE OR MORE LOANS. EACH LOAN HAS $10,000 IN INTEREST THAT MUST BE PAID BACK EITHER WHEN YOU DIE, OR ANY OF YOUR TURNS PRIOR TO THAT. RN

EACH PLAYER ROLLS THE DICE. HIGHEST NUMBER GOES FIRST.

WHAT HAPPENS ON A TURN? FIRST, ROLL THE DICE. MOVE YOUR PAWN THE NUMBER OF SPACES YOU ROLLED. MAKE SURE TO ALWAYS MOVE YOUR PAWN FORWARD, AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS LISTED ON THE SPACES.

ON ANY TURN, YOU CAN PAY BACK YOUR BANK LOANS. JUST MAKE SURE TO PAY THE INTEREST FEES!

SPACE COLORS YOU MUST FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS ON THESE SPACES.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS GAMBLE! THESE ARE OPTIONAL SPACES THAT CAN END EITHER VERY GOOD OR VERY BADLY. TO START, PICK A WAGER (NOTE: YOU CAN ONLY WAGER MONEY YOU CURRENTLY HAVE). ROLL THE DICE ONCE. IN ORDER TO WIN THE MONEY YOU HAVE WagEREd, YOU MUST ROLL THE SAME AMOUNT ON THE DICE A SECOND TIME. OTHERWISE, YOU LOSE THE MONEY YOU WAGERED.

WHEN YOU LAND ON A SPACE AT THE BASE OF AN ARROW, YOU MUST FOLLOW THAT ARROW TO WHEREVER IT LEADS. YOU MUST FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS ON BOTH THE SPACE AT THE BASE OF THE ARROW AND THE SPACE AT THE TIP OF THE ARROW.

DEATH THOUGH YOU MAY SUFFER A LOT THROUGHOUT THE COURSE OF THE GAME, YOU ONLY DIE ONCE AT THE END. UPON YOUR DEATH, YOU MUST REPAY ALL OF THE BANK LOANS YOU HAD TAKEN OUT THROUGHOUT THE GAME. HOW WELL YOU CAN PAY OFF YOUR LOANS WILL DETERMINE IF YOU WILL BE BURIED IN A MASOLEUM OR A CASKET.

CASKET IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE FUNDS TO PAY BACK YOUR LOANS, YOU WILL BE BURIED IN A CASKET.

MASOLEUM IF YOU CAN SUCCESSFULLY PAY BACK YOUR LOANS OR IF YOU HAVE NO LOANS, YOU WILL BE SEALED IN A MASOLEUM.

HOW TO WIN AT THE END OF THE GAME, ALL PLAYERS MUST ADD UP THEIR MONEY. THE PLAYER WITH THE MOST MONEY WINS! IF ALL PLAYERS FINISH THE GAME IN DEBT, THE PLAYER WITH THE LEAST AMOUNT OF DEBT WINS!
