HOTEL REPOSE

This high rise building project is a hotel project where located in complex city in down town core. All hotels within the city that are easily accessible provide a variety of experiences. This hotel building has a park on the ground floor that leads from the outdoors to the indoors. This provides a space to refresh for a while in a stuffy city. Tall trees, grass, and shelter rocks are in the park, and the outside and inside are naturally connected. There is a large banquet hall in the mid-height floor. Also, on the rooftop located at the top of the hotel, you can feel the coolness that cannot be felt on the ground level.

Concept

The proposed site for design is located at Yonge & Eglinton, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. From the point of view of transport infrastructure, the design site has a good transport interchange. The plot has a rectangular shape. Its dimensions: 150m x 150m. The building site includes the building of the business center, surface parking lots and entrances to underground parking lots, landscaping and transport and pedestrian routes.
