Given For (Examples of):
LEVEL 1- MOVED IN CLASS
Interrupting learning Not trying Not following instructions Not Polite Off task / Lack of respect for equipment Lots of level 1 behaviour; Lack of respect or rudeness, Just not trying, Damaging equipment
Your behaviour in class may cause your teacher to give you a warning
If you continue to mis-behave and disturb others, your teacher will move you in class
LOSE 5 MINUTES FAST TRACK or GOLDEN TIME (this time can be earned back)
LEVEL 2- SENT TO ANOTHER ADULT
If you continue to behave poorly, your teacher will ask you to go to another class in your year team
LOSE 10 MINUTES FAST TRACK or GOLDEN TIME (this time CANNOT be earned back)

LEVEL 3- SENT TO SLT (Senior Leadership Team)
Lots of level 2 behaviour; When moved to another class, if your behaviour is still not acceptable. You will be asked to go to the Damaging things (on purpose) Theft (taking things) Assistant Head & then Deputy Head (if the behaviour continues) Bullying Aggressive use of language towards others LOSE 15 MINUTES FAST TRACK or GOLDEN TIME (this time CANNOT be earned back) Saying ‘NO’ Lots of level 3 behaviour; LEVEL 4- SENT TO HEADTEACHER If you still behave poorly or show maximum refusal to a member of staff, you will be asked to go to Threatening or hurting someone (on purpose), Shouting, swearing or attacking someone on purpose, the Headteacher. They will record this (Serious Incident Log) and your parent / carer may be Placing others at risk informed Maximum refusal to staff
LETTER HOME AND POSSIBLE MEETING WITH PARENT / CARER
LEVEL 5 – EXCLUSION
If your behaviour is so bad, you become unteachable, dangerous or still have maximum refusal you may be excluded from the school at the headteacher’s discretion.
SENT HOME FROM SCHOOL
Racist or homophobic language directed at others Deliberately stopping others learning
Lots of level 4 behaviour: SERIOUS INCIDENT involving Level 4 behaviour and endangering other children and/or staff.
