➢ Yet again above national average within the Year 1 Phonics Check! ➢ABOVE Expected+ in ALL AREAS in KS1! ➢Approx 10% ABOVE the National Average in KS2 SATS! ➢ Ever changing ‘Provision Mapping’ successful with impact on vulnerable pupils / groups ➢Quality plays – Yrs 5 & 6 - ‘Treasure Island’ / EYFS & KS1 – ‘Nativity Plays’ / Yrs 3 & 4 - ‘Bugsy Malone’ ➢ Highly successful additional educational experiences - numerous trips / residentials etc. ➢ Intra-school competitions / activities , ‘X-Factor,’ Space Week, World at Work Week, Eco Events, ‘Sherborne’s Got Talent’, Reading & Debating Competition, Acts of Kindness, Pageant Gardens Project, Google Expeditions, Dress-up Days etc.’ – excellent standard & pupil engagement ➢ Senior Pupils / Head Boy & Girl / Rewards & Sanctions System updated ➢ Parental Forums / PSA intervention / nearly 100% of parents & carers would recommend SPS ➢ Good attendance from parents / carers for information sessions – Phonics / NEW ‘School Readiness’ & EYFS Inductions etc, ➢ Music – Christmas Services & Choir / Yr 3 - Brass / Other Musicians – Amanda & Roger / Choir – public performances (Yeovil, Sherborne, Rotary Club, Summer Festival etc.) / X-Factor & Sherborne’s Got Talent / Amanda & Roger’s pupils ➢ Near complete SDP again! ➢ We know we can fit a Merlin Helicopter on our field! (But it doesn’t l like sheds!)

➢ Playtimes are becoming more successful for more pupils Staff techniques, Playground Zones, Rewards & Sanctions

➢Outdoor learning in full flow with ‘Eco-Walks’ / ‘Whole School Eco Day’ / Fruit Tasting / Juice Bar etc.

➢Repairs & maintenance within budget

➢ New Outdoor Multi-gym - fully functioning & successful

➢Security Fencing – Can’t believe we didn’t do this before!

➢ Grasshopper Class base (& SCAPA) – extra facilities

➢ New Chrome Books & the world of Google!

➢New Chicken Run built by pupils!
