The model has sold to Jack & Sally from Portland, Oregon. They hope to be here full time in the next few months.
Lot 57 Construction
Construction is well under way on lot 57 for David Holmgren’s home. He is there daily watching the progress and very happy to call Vistas del Lago home. We’ve had a lot of activity lately. Lot 40 & 44 have sold. Lot 31 was purchased by Ed & Beaty from Houston, Texas. They are working on plans and looking forward to building as soon as possible.
We are almost half sold out but there are still some amazing view lots left, so don’t miss out. If you know of anyone interested in joining our neighborhood, have them give us a call. We would love to set up an appointment and show them why everyone loves Vistas del Lago.

The bike rally around lake Arenal is coming up in March.
