University Square workplace tenant improvement | Palo Alto A THOUGHT FACTORY is an industrial site, usually consisting of buildings and machinery or more commonly a complex of several buildings, where workers manufacture ideas and operate machines processing thought. With a large footprint, the office is divided into “neighborhood” interconnected via a common central void. The design became an application of scale, verticality, and materiality to describe a wide variety of flexible amenity spaces for employees to discover.

Parametric Group workplace tenant improvement | Seattle The client is known for delivering sophisticated and transparent investment strategies to customers, and desired a new workplace that applied the same attitudes in the architecture. The interconnecting feature stair becomes an integral part of the experience progressing from very refined at the customer floor, to casual amenities for employees at the lower floors. A formula-based wood feature serves as the backdrop to the amenity stair. The wall divides but unifies, screens but permeates, focal but innocuous.

Warm finishes highlight the atrium where the newest products and services are organized by lifestyle. Suntrust Rebranding Suntrust Bank’s new ‘OnUp’ marketing has triggered a new store concept v2.0 to inspire new customers to “step on up” towards complete financial well-being and growth.
