Musicwoman Magazine 2024

Wow! 2024 was an epic year for Musicwoman! Musicwomen came to Atlanta for the first Musicwoman Festival October 17 and 19, 2024, at The Core and the HJC Bowden Center in East Point, GA. The Honorable Mayor Deana Holiday presented a proclamation for Musicwoman Day on October 19th. Appearing were Ragan Whiteside, Carol Albert, and The Ma and Pop Show from Atlanta; Kim Clarke from NYC, Radha Botofasina from L.A., Jus' Cynthia from Florida, and the JCFI Ensemble from South Africa plus several spoken word artists from Atlanta, including a WIJSF supporter Jarvis Evans. The festival was produced by Women in Jazz South Florida, Inc., a 501c3 nonprofit that promotes women musicians, globally. http://wijsf.org
