The oldest locomotive roundhouse in the world, The Roundhouse, built in 1839, underwent a ÂŁ48 million renovation, returning it to its former glory. With original features restored, this stunning Grade II* listed building is proud to have played host to many fairy-tale weddings. Set just on the outskirts of the city of Derby, The Roundhouse is an easily accessible destination for all and provides the perfect location for a private wedding. We recognise that no two weddings are ever the same. Each and every wedding we host is incredibly special and is always supported by our attentive team to ensure it leaves a lasting impression on you and your guests. Your wedding day is undoubtedly one of the most memorable days, therefore we only host one wedding per day to ensure you have exclusive use of The Roundhouse.

Full of character, the space boasts high ceilings with incredible beams, arched windows and exposed brickwork – A space full of charm. We pride ourselves on our attention to the finest detail to ensure your day is planned to perfection. Your dedicated Venue Wedding Planner will manage your expectations and do their utmost to accommodate each special requirement you may have. You will be assigned your very own Venue Wedding Planner who will work closely with you to ensure your wedding day is everything you wished for. We are an experienced team who have hosted many weddings and alongside our trusted partners, we will ensure your special day is everything you wished for and more.
