how to start?

lifestyle detox?

DO YOU REALLY KNOW WHAT DOES DETOX MEANS? Nowadays, detox seems to be a trend or popularity to have a healthy body. But, while everyone were following the trend, they don’t really understand or they misunderstand what detox is all about. Make it clear for you following rather than just follow blindly for what doesn’t benefit for your own.

INTRODUCTION Detoxification is pertaining to resting, cleansing and sustaining the body from outside to inside, By expelling and remove out toxins, at that point encouraging your body with healthy supplements, detoxifying can help shield you from infection and recharge your ability to keep up an ideal well-being through a scope of ways including yoga, meditation and others. How does it works? Detoxification implies purifying the blood. This is finished by removing polluting influences from the blood in the liver, where poisons are prepared for disposal. The body removes poisons through the kidneys, digestive organs, lungs, lymphatic system, and skin. In any case, when these systems are endangered, impurities aren't legitimately sifted and the body will be affected. A detox program can help the body's common cleansing procedure by: Resting the organs through fasting; Stimulating the liver to drive poisons from the body; Promoting disposal through the digestion tracts, kidneys, and skin; Improving course of the blood; Refueling the body with healthy supplements.

8

-

HOW DO YOU START A DETOX? To begin with, alleviate up your toxin burden. Take out liquor, espresso, cigarettes, refined sugars, and soaked fats, all of which go about as toxin in the body and are hindrances to your recuperating procedure. Another impediment to great health is pressure, which triggers your body to discharge pressure hormones into your system. They make toxin and slow down detoxification enzymes in the liver. Yoga, Qigong and meditation are able to diminish worry by resetting your physical and mental responses to the unavoidable pressure life will bring. Away from digital technologies, calm down and resting were also a way to reject stress. Detoxification programs and detox recipes such as detox juices and detox meals could helps to clean the blood, allow the digestive system to rest and release body’s toxins as well.

The reason behind it seems to be the lifestyle choice. Thanks to modern gadgets and tools, domestic activities and occupational activities do not require much of physical activity. Passive mode of transport is also to blame for the declining physical activity levels. The fault is not always ours. Urbanization has resulted in environmental factors which may discourage physical activity. Population explosion, increased levels of crime, high density traffic in cities, air pollution, and lack of parks or greeneries, all contribute directly or indirectly toward physical inactivity. The consequence of rising physical inactivity is, as reported by (WHO), it has been identifed as the gourth leading risk factor for global mortality and contributes to six percent of deaths globally. Moreover, physical inactivity is estimated to be the main cause for approximately 21 -25 % colon cancers, 27% of diabetes and approximately 30% of ischaemic heart disease burden. The statistics on lack of exercise in Malaysia are alarming as well. A World Health Organization (WHO) study published in the British scientifc journal lancet found that 61.4 percent of Malaysians above the age of 15 are physically inactive. The numbers have put Malaysia in the list of the top ten most physically inactive countries in the region. The third National Health and Morbidity Survey (NHMS) revealed that 70 per cent of Malaysian adults sufer from non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as diabetes, cancer and heart diseases. They also account for 71 percent of deaths in the country.

Manja Spa is the hightlight of the IBNII resort. It’s a former coffee estate with 125 acres of pristine forest which has been transformed into a luxury resort and spa that grasps nature every step of the way. This place offers joyful reprieve to city-fatigued guests needing revive and unwinding. Different of exercises could be found here, for example, yoga, knead, dinning, spa, pool and so on. It is an open spa COMPLEX (the Manja).

DESIGN CONCEPT Today’s visitors demand not only based on services provided, it was included the convenience of activities in just a space as well as the atmosphere of environment design.

The complex is designed as fragmented blocks, floating within a central water body, associated through hoisted walkways. The intention was to connect distinct architectural spaces, uniquely, to natural elements – central court to the sky above, Massage rooms to the pond and corridors to the forest.

The most unique feature of the design, is the steep 45-degree single lean-to roofs, the eaves of which almost touch the water below. They are designed on either side of the central courtyard converging into the water and opening the central space to the expanse of clear skies, which is a rare experience within the densely forested, site that this resort is located in.

The uncovered cuboidal items, lodging the sauna, toilets, changing rooms and herbal bath, are are precisely put in connection to one another between between the converging roofs to capture glimpses of the forest while navigating through the corridors. The blocks are designed and positioned in close proximity such that their openings face blank walls allowing the individual rooms to open up and internalize the natural elements while maintaining their privacy levels.

Encompassed by thick foliage all around, the Spa complex is designed as fragmented blocks, connected through elevated walkways, gliding around a characterized water body. These are flanked on either sides by soak rooftops, the overhang of which nearly achieve the water beneath, opening up the focal space to the sky. The exposed geometrical articles are precisely placed in relation to each other to capture glimpses of the foliage around while moving through the central walkways. The blocks are designed and positioned in close proximity such that the openings face blank walls allowing the individual rooms to open up and internalize the natural elements while maintaining their privacy levels.

Torres Restaurant

This project born of a wish to generate a new experience for the world of cuisine and catering — a new space, one that is ideal for living a new culinary experience, where ‘container and content come together in the interests of a unique piece’. from the very beginning, the project has been aiming at — as the owners say — creating ‘a kitchen with a restaurant’, a space, where the cuisine is a highlight, while the surrounding sitting area is there for observing the procedure of cooking.

DESIGN CONCEPT Resurrected the old concept of the cafe-theaters, places where people enjoy a show while dining. - THE RESTAURANT IS THE KITCHEN.

The space of the kitchen has slowly procured a specific protagonism in a portion of the later vanguard eateries. In any case, picture windows were placed in which demonstrated the inside of the kitchen, behind glass at first. On different events, the kitchen was opened up by putting it at the most distant end of the premises behind a bar. The kitchen as not only the central feature of the intervention but also as an immersive element. In situating the kitchen in the epicenter of the restaurant the old concept is resurrected of the cafĂŠ-theater, places where diners enjoy a show while they eat. Selection of industrial shed as a great container, the experience diners is like being present in a television studio or a modern theater.

An exertion has been made to arrange and upgrade the properties of the first space so that a further advance can be taken in the haute food encounter. Diners partake and relate to the Chef and are the observers of the inventive demonstration that is unfurling.

Building selected at site A was an private individual premise which located at the center of city Kuala Lumpur - Bangsar. With it high density of population, university and international school, many proprietors have set up shop to provide a host of services to the area. From convenience stores to clinics, pharmacies, bakeries, fast-food restaurants, dessert shop, banking and others services, the amount of traffic in and out of the area is testament to the success of this business center. And so, the selected site provided extra outdoor spaces and it was a great strategy to build up a specialist centre at here. Site B was combined by a row of shoplots in 5 individuals shop. Compare to site A, site B is more residential business area with basic facilities such as restaurants and market. But, the rate of education facalities was slightly higher than site A. Therefore, residents and students were the first target as our nutrition specialist centre’s client at here. Type of buidling for site C was totally different from site A & B because it was a individual restaurant which located away from city. It was surrounded by forest and trees but with the connection of highway. There are mostly surrounded by residential area, government working area such as fire station, pos office, police station and stadium, as well as primary and secondary school nearby. But the public transportation at site C was not convenience as others two site. A great strategy for build our nutrition specialist centre is away from noise with natural environment here.

-

The site is selected because of it’s responsive environment. Bangsar has grown rapidly in recent years, but has paid a price in terms of traffic jams and a shortage of parking places. Developments in neighbouring Bukit Damansara and Mid Valley Megamall have caused increased traffic to pass through Bangsar, especially along Jalan Maarof. New shops and attractions are sprouting up in Bangsar, but many do not survive long, especially food and entertainment outlets. Other long-standing outlets have been very successful, opening up a second branch in Bangsar itself. Examples are Alexis and La Bodega, Coffee Bean, and McDonald's which can be found on Jalan Telawi and also Bangsar Shopping Centre.

FIGURE: 154, jln maroof from google map

The chosen site was located at the strategy location of Bangsar. Bangsar itself lies respectively to the north and south of the neighbouring areas of Pantai Dalam and Damansara, and 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) south-west of Kuala Lumpur city centre. Many of the house-type shops, office shops, comercial area, banking tower, residential as well as public transport station were located around the site.

WELLNESS REFLECTS HOW ONE FEELS ABOUT LIFE, AS WELL AS ONE’S ABILITY TO FUNCTION EFFECTIVELY. The way one perceives each dimension of wellness affectss one’s total outlook. Researchers use the term self-perceptions to describe these feelings. They believe that self-perceptions about wellness are more important than actual circumstances or a person’s actual state of being. For example, a person who has an important job may find less meaning and job satisfaction than another person with a much less important job. Apparently, one of the importantfactors for a person who has achieved high-level wellness and a positive outlook on life is the ability to reward himself or herself. Some people, however, seem unable to give themselves credit for their successes. The development of a system that allows a person to perceive the self positively is essential, along with the adoption of positive lifestyles that encourage improved self-perceptions.

IT IS POSSIBLE TO POSSESS HEALTH AND WELNESS WHILE BEING ILL OR POSSESSING A DEBILITATING CONDITION. Numerous sickness are treatable and may have just a transitory impact on wellbeing. Others, for example, diabetes, are not treatable but rather can be dealt with appropriate eating, physical action and others. Those with reasonable conditions may, be that as it may, be in danger for other medical issues. For instance, unmanaged diabetes is related with a high hazard for coronary illness and other medical issues. Illness: The ill feeling and/or symptoms associated with a disease or circumstances that upset homeostasis.

Wellness: The integration of many different components (social,emotional/mental,spirituae,and physical that expand one’s potential to live(quality of life) and work effectively and to make a significant contribution to society.Wellness reflects how one feels (a sense of well-being) about life, as well as one’s ability to function effectively. Wellness, as opposed to illness(a negative), is sometimes described as the positive component of good health.

Quality of life: A term used to describe wellness. An individual with quality of life can enjoyably do the activities of life with little or no limitation and can function independently. Individual quality of life requires a pleasant and supportive community.

Lifestyles: Patterns of behaviours or ways an individual typically lives.

LIFESTYLE CHANGE, MORE THAN ANY OTHER FACTOR, IS THE BEST WAY TO PREVENT ILLNESS AND EARLY DEATH IN OUR SOCIETY. Statistics show that more than half of early deaths are the result of chronic diseases caused by unhealthy lifestyles. Many of these chronic diseases are targeted in the HP2020 report, and many of the new health objectuves focus on them. As shown in Figure, these lifestyles affects health, wellness and physical fitness. The double-headed arrow between health/wellness and physical fitness illustrates the interaction to health and wellness development and vice area.

HEALTHY LIFESTYLES ARE CRITICAL TO WELLNESS. Unhealthy lifestyles are the principle causes of modern-day ilness, such as heart diseases, cancer, and diabetes, healthy lifestyles can result in the improved feeling of wellness that is critical to optimal health. This well-being or wellness, is associated with social,emotional/mental, spiritual, and physical functioning. Being physically active and eating well are two healthy lifestyles that can improve well-being and add years of quality living.

REGULAR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY, NUTRITION, AND STRESS MANAGEMENT ARE PRIORITY HEALTHY LIFESTYLES. Three of the lifestyles listed in Figure are considered to be priority healthy lifestyles. These are engaging in regular physical activity or exercise, eating well, and managing stress. There are several reasons for placing priority on these lifestyles. First, they affect the lives of all people. Secnd, they are lifestyles in which large numbers of people can make improvement. Finally, modest changes in these behaviours can make dramatic improvements in individual and public health. For example, statistics suggest that modest changes in physical activity patterns and nutrition can prevent more than 400,000 deaths annually. Stress also has a major impact on drug, alcohol and smoking behaviour, so managing stress can help individuals minimize or avoid those behaviours.

FACILITY DESIGN Economics factors have become the driving force behind obtaining new facilities. The financing and operation of sports/fitness/wellness facilities has changed in the past 10 years from traditional public sources to a “pay as you play” concept.

MACRO TRENDS INFLUENCING FACILITY DESIGN In light of the aforementioned shift in demographics, changing interests, and increased budgetary pressure, how are planners responding in terms of facility design? Following were four ‘macro’ trends in facility design which have emerged during the years. 1. greater emphasis placed on open, drop-in recreation 2. centralization of facilities 3. development of multiple-use buildings 4. adaptive re-use of aging facilities

Trends in facility design begin with the forces of change which caused them to happen. At the forefront of these catalysts are : the interests and demographics of the user groups, the entities responsible for delivering programs and facilities; and the funding sources to finance these facilities. In addition to the major trends driven by user interests and economics, some ‘micro’ trends influencing facility design have emerged including legal requirements and litigation, energy conservation, aesthetics, technical innovations and planning principles. These catalysts for change have produced an astounding rate of evolution in technological advancements in health and fitness industry.

WHY YOU SHOULD CLEANSE AND DETOX YOUR BODY When we get an unhealthy buildup of toxins in our body, it’s not pretty. These excess toxins will cause physical and mental health issues like chronic fatigue, headaches, insomnia and diseases. Many of these toxins come from things you use or consume everyday like food, water, beauty and personal care products and the environment. There are many harsh pollutants and harmful pesticides in our environment that should not stay in your body. Since our body organs work together to help eliminate these trapped toxins, it’s important that they’re all healthy and in working order. The liver, kidneys, colon, lungs, skin and lymphatic system are especially useful and important when it comes to cleansing the body.

SUMMARY&RECOMMENDATION

-

PAGE

141

-

Throughout the process from research on issues which happening in Malaysia, then choosing the category and eventually finalize lifestyle detox as my project’s topic, it was challenging, adventuring, interesting as well as self-exploring in different ways. To understand how changes of lifestyle or habit affect their life among Malaysian community, i had go through different articles, websites and data and i realize there’s big changed of the living lifestyle in the society now. Due to the convinience, changes of food type, changed on lifestyle, busy executies or the habit of a person, peoples nowdays were too rely on fast food, eat out or skip meals, having irregular working habit and lacking of exercise which would cause a lots of nutrition, mental and physical health problem which will bring disease or illness. As we could see, food detox has bcome the currently trend to obtain good health but still, a lots of people doesn’t really know what is it and how to obtain a good lifestyle accurately. So, i come out with the idea of creating lifestyle detox center for community of Malaysian have better understanding and proper way to have healthy lifestyle, to build a healthy community, away from diseases and illness. The idea of the center is to create a place for people to learn “more than something” among food, mental and physical activities rather than just a normal gym centre or restaurant. By gaining little of knowledge or outcome in everytime, bringing it into their lifestyle, changes on their habit and create proper lifestyle among the proccess, this is how’s “lifestyle detox” be. I had learn how to start a project from choosing topic, research, proposal, programing, client & users, brand identity, precedent study to site selection, every steps of them given me a chance to learn and get experiences. RECOMMENDATION : - specify of target user, target user currently proposed are too common and wide range ( example : age range of adults should be reduce) - further detail on what disease will caused based on different habbit - what is the most common lifestyle problem on Malaysia community - effect of certain/ selected disease for the project ( specify the disease that wanted to work in this project (few but not too much) - identify the activities which could and how it could solved the problem - detail precedent study on how the space planning and design affect on client - good selection of site but still can prove and find more better site

DESIGN BRIEF 1.0 LIFESTYLE DETOX. This brief is all about advanced Interior Design Practice ll program of the Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Interior Architecture. This programe has been structured as a journey of exploration. challenges and self-learning. It will take you through the phases of design process. EXPLORE : Which will enable you to establish the ability to define and understand the nature of design problem adequately. DEVELOP : In this phase, to help develop rational thought based on knowledge and understanding gained through research and analysis. Additionally playing roles are intuition and imagination, adding creative dimension to the related design process. REFINE : This will help to establish critical reviews of alternatives and weighing of the strength and weakness of every proposal until the best fit between problem and solution is achieved. The studio runs under under intense discourse on speculating what/where/how/why future forward technologies would change the way we live and behave, hence ultimately changing the way we utilized the space. This semester, we will be look into a world where technology, culture and form a complex network of ideas in each different category. Network of ideas within the topic of balanced nutrution in Malaysia. TITTLE OF PROJECT : LIFESTYLE DETOX Designing a lifestyle detox centre on specified aged of working adults. INTRODUCTION : Lifestyle problem has been an issue lately and been well known in the society due the various problems of healthy. The changes of food type and changes of living habit of the society now causes different health problem such as over-nutrition,mal-nutrition, stress, insomisa and negative emotions within the society. OBJECTIVE OF PROJECT 1. Demonstrate a contextual understanding of personal practice in relation to the design industry and broader cultural socio-economic and political environments. 2. Undertake comparative analysis of products and markets as a research tool to evaluate and propose potential solutions. 3. Critically evaluate personal design practice within a business design context, with a socially responsible practice and communication and analytically apply design skills and techniques to produce design solutions. BRIEF This project is an exploration to the new situtation and scheme where to creating a more user oriented facilities that can give a new interpretation on how a related spaces be created for working adults based on the needs. This also contributes to the establishment intended for the best solution for the build environment. The evolution of curing and treatment facilities has so much of influencein the ways of build environment being create and new scheme being introduced. Each scheme and development has it own target and purposes but mainly for a better living. A call for design solutions to yhis build environment are appropriate for ever changes of human needs. SPECIAL STUDIES Flexibility is one of the physical properties of materials and geometrical forms used in interior design, that property depends on the physical shape in additional to its compositional and other structural properties, so that repetition, balance, similarity can be used for making flexible space, which means that we can use that geometrical properties in order to gain a flexible space that can be transformable and multi-uses in the same plot area. The social and environmental pollution is the main reason why people emigrate from rural areas to main cities in additional to living cost at city as compared with the suburbs. And that's what makes the study of possibilities of making the city a place that able to live properly by using all designable means that connected directly with people and society life is very necessary. Some architectural engineers apply several means to reach flexibility in the designed space, which used in the whole composite, detail levels and relationship between them depending on flexible structure that shapes space and the possibilities of changing it as needing to, with the furniture flexibilities and possibilities of its arrangement and transforming an additional to use some forms that allow free formations.

IDEA & PRINCIPLE OF “FLEXIBILITY”

The flexibility design of Saké by Piero Lissoni

-

PAGE

-

MAIN POINTS OF THE PORPERTIES ON FLEXIBILITY: Flexibility in Vertical Partitions Some designers used vertical partitions that are movable and reshaping space for aesthetic, functional and economical uses in the same time in order to make best and maximum use of plot area that responds increasing peoples' needs. Flexibility in Horizontal Planes and Levels Flexibility in horizontal planes and levels is used for getting appropriate interior spaces that responds people demands, so that it makes possible to control space levels and the economical efficiency that reached from responding multiple needs in the same space as it reduces demanded plot area. As we can use vertical partitions and horizontal planes and levels flexibilities together, as we can change the vertical partition to horizontal one and verse versa, to reach maximum flexibility at minimum space and materials. Flexibility in Furniture This term is used for describing nowadays furniture as a physical property of furniture itself, so as a chair can be converted to a bed or table... etc.. Despite of that, there is another design ideas that depends on the relationship between furniture and space so that (as an example) the bed can be hide into a wall or ground, or raise it to the ceiling to be part of design, as well as, the furniture can have some shape properties that add another type of flexibility which gained from repeating the furniture piece with changing the arrangement or adding other pieces without decreasing the aesthetic and functional efficiency of space.

CHARACTERISTICS OF FLEXIBILITY: 1. REPETITION: -TYPE OF REPETITION: Linear repetition (horizontal X, Y & Vertical Z) Central repetition (round point, radiant). -METHOD OF REPETITION: Involving transformation in shape, size or direction. 2. AXIALITY: It depends on the type of the increase in axial space or repetition in design elements without affecting the perception of form efficient functions, but could have a positive impact, and axial types are: linear, radical, point, and interaction (Ching & Binggeli, 2012)

3. FLEXIBILITY: Furniture and flexibility are divided into (flexible furniture, flexible furniture with anthers, flexible furniture with the structure of space) and its impact on the aesthetics of the interior space. Flexible structure is divided into (horizontal flexible, vertical flexibility, flexibility in both directions) and its impact on the aesthetics of the interior space.

Important light as an element of design. Light is essential to any interior space as it is the means by which we can see our surrounding environment. The feeling of a space can be completely transformed by altering the intensity, placement and colour of light which makes it a very powerful tool. And wherever there is light there are shadows. Any interior designer who has tackled a lighting plan in detail understands that this is not a simple task. There are many considerations that must be taken into account to ensure interior spaces are properly lit for functionality, mood and atmosphere, and sustainability. Since light has both psychological and physiological effects on people it is important to get it right. Clever use of light and shade plays a crucial role in its relationship with architecture, both internally and externally. When used correctly, light helps shape the form of the building, distinguishing the architecture from day and night. A clever design will consider ambient light from different times of the day, right through to seasonal changes in natural light.

IDEA & PRINCIPLE OF “LIGHTS & SHADOWS

Functionality Different types of spaces have different lighting requirements. The two biggest contributors to functionality from a lighting perspective are quantity and quality. Using these three lighting types correctly and intelligently in a space will ensure that the occupants have the right quantity of light; however this goes hand-in-hand with quality of light. - Ambient light is the general illumination surrounding the environment or subject. It is indirect and soft, reducing contrast and shadows and is achieved through natural and artificial light sources, as well as reflection from surfaces. - Task light is that which illuminates a small, specific area. A good example of this is a desk lamp which allows one to add more light to complete a working task. - Accent light is used to add highlight, drama and focus to interior spaces. This includes directional lighting placed on artwork, or recessed floor lighting to graze the surface of a textured material. When it comes to quality of artificial light, designers must consider glare, contrast, uniformity and colour.

Mood And Atmosphere Lighting has a dramatic affect on the mood and atmosphere of an interior space; different schemes are used depending on the purpose of the space. Light is a powerful tool, and as an element of design it must be carefully planned to suit the space it is illuminating. The inclusion of a couple of different schemes within one space can singlehandedly change the perceived use of a space; think art gallery by day, party venue by night. By designing using dimming control and switching to allow a number of different lighting scenarios a space can become extremely versatile with little else.

Sustainability Sustainability is another important factor when considering the design of light in a space. Daylight is free and comes without electricity bills attached, and also has many benefits to occupants of an interior space. There are many energy efficient lighting options out there to choose from. From fluorescent, to LED, to high pressure sodium; there is a suitable solution for every situation.

Society is becoming increasingly aware of the importance of environmentally responsible building and interior design. As a result, more and more clients seek to incorporate sustainability principles in their interiors. Interior designers have a tremendous impact on the sustainability of an environment because they are the ones deciding which materials and products will be used and how ecologically people will be able to interact with their surrounding spaces. By following the sustainable interior design principles, designers reduce the negative environmental impact of our society and build a better, more sustainable future.

IDEA & PRINCIPLE OF “SUSTAINABLE

PRINCIPLES OF SUSTAINABLE INTERIOR DESIGN: 1. Design for energy efficiency Energy consumption is one of the major contributors to climate change. Buildings are responsible for a big share of the world’s greenhouse gas emissions, caused by energy consumption. Architects and interior designers can do a lot to improve a building’s energy efficiency, mainly by reducing the amount of energy needed for heating, lighting, running appliances, etc., and by providing renewable, non-carbon-based energy to the building. Therefore, heating and lighting are the two most crucial factors interior designers have influence over. 2. Design for low environmental impact From a sustainability perspective, it’s very important to pick materials and products with the lowest environmental impact. Organic materials (e.g. wood, wool, natural stone) seem the obvious choice, but we mustn’t forget that natural resources need to be treated responsibly. Choose materials that are quickly renewable, and are extracted in an environmentally responsible way.

3. Design for waste reduction Interior designers have a lot of power in their hands when it comes to waste reduction, and at the same time, a big responsibility to act sustainably. The planet’s precious resources are limited, so the mentality of discarding products as soon as they go out of style and replacing them with those that are currently trendy is no longer justifiable. Interior designers can help reduce the depletion of natural resources (and divert waste from landfills) is by opting for synthetic materials that were made from recycled waste or can be renewed/recycled at the end of their life cycle — when they are spent or people grow tired of them. 4. Design for longevity and flexibility To prevent materials and products getting discarded too often, interior designers should consider the lifespan of any material they plan to use. The goal of designing for longevity is to design durable and timeless spaces and suppress the urge to change the whole design every couple of years. The best way to achieve timelessness is to choose quality over quantity, classics over trendy, and simplicity/functionality over embellishments. interior designers should consider the flexibility of spaces — how well can they be adapted to fit the changing needs of people who are using them. Designing flexible spaces is one of the keys to longevity. When you can easily replace or adapt individual elements of a room, there is no need to demolish and renovate it in its entirety.

CONCLUSION The project begins with finding the suitable topic or issue that arise among current social. But, i look into what happened in daily around us, the issue happened is actually related to everyone of us in this era lifestyle problem. Due to the convenience of ability on either food or technology, the habit of human lifestyle being changed, some part of them changed into a positive way but some part of it doesn’t and some even turning in a wrong way because of misleading by the social media or advertising. The intention of this project is to create a place or a platform to let the community able to detox their lifestyle by not only experience the services, at the same time they are able to gain the accurate knowledge from what they learn in the place, bringing all these benefit into their lifestyle. The project come with various of difficulties and challenging from the data research to programming to design development. By having this project, i have the chance to learn and explore more from others platform. This project can be study further more with much more precise details and consideration of design on the connectivity of design between users and spaces such as the lighting, material finishes and environment impacts. Lastly, i would like to thank you to all mw lectures and friends that had help me a lots during this projects and i’m very appreciate it the chance i had along the journey.
