Visual elements The visual identity of PT Imobiliária has 3 basic elements: logo, colours and typography.

Myriad Pro

IMOBILIÁRIA The PT Imobiliária logo consists in a fixed relation of position and proportion between the PT logo and the word “IMOBILIÁRIA”, upper case, in grey graphite NeoTech Pro font.

Typography

The colour scheme of the PT Imobiliária brand consists in a main colour (grey graphite), a complementary colour palette and a supplementary colour palette.

The PT Imobiliária font is Myriad Pro. It is a font with the necessary characteristics to create a clear and legible message.

Composition The PT Imobiliária logo consists in a fixed position and proportion relation between the PT logo and the word “Imobiliária”.

Colour versions The word is in grey graphite NeoTech font in upper case.

Construction

Four colour versions of the PT Imobiliária brand were established: two versions in positive and negative polychromatic and two versions in positive and negative monochromatic.

The monochromatic versions should only be used when the use of colours is limited, or when the method of reproduction has low resolution like a fax or photocopier.

IMOBILIÁRIA Colour models for reproduction The polychromatic versions of the PT Imobiliária brand have two colour model variants: CMYK colour model (four-colour) PMS colour model (pantone - process) The PMS variant is made from two direct colours (pantone 3135 and black) and must always be used whenever the four-colour reproduction is not necessary.

IMOBILIÁRIA The negative polychromatic version should be used on dark backgrounds (photographic or colour) or graphite grey background.

Monochromatic versions The monochromatic versions usage is only in negative (white) or in positive (black). They should only be used when the use of colours is limited or when the method of production has low quality, like a fax or photocopier.

Protection area and minimum dimensions

Applications on backgrounds

To preserve the integrity and legibility of the PT Imobiliária logo it was established a: - protection area regarding other graphic elements; - minimum dimensions for reproduction.

The background examples illustrated below provide the preview of the colour behaviour. Don’t use them as a reference for the background shape.

The PT Imobiliária logo cannot be placed in a box, it must stand alone.

Minimum dimensions Minimum dimensions for reproduction were settled to guarantee the logo legibility. These limits were calculated regarding the logo’s shape and the different reproduction media (printed material/screen visualisation).

Main colour The logo must always be applied in a conscious way, respecting its integrity. The examples below are applied to all logo variants.

The main colour of the PT Imobiliária brand is grey graphite. Any colour model that is not included in this manual must use Pantone as a reference.

Complementary colours

Supplementary colours

The complementary colour palette consists of 4 colours: light grey, medium grey, dark grey and PT blue.

The supplementary colour palette consists of 5 colours: supplementary yellow, supplementary green, supplementary blue, supplementary purple and supplementary pink.

In order to preserve the graphic scheme of the PT Imobiliรกria brand these colours must be used in addition to the institutional colour (grey graphite). The complementary palette colours must only be used to organize, differentiate, clarify and highlight.

The supplementary palette colours can be used transversally in all PT Group media communication.

Myriad Pro The institutional font for the communication of all PT group brands is Myriad Pro. It has the necessary characteristics to create a clear and legible message.

Arial In order to maintain coherence among all communication material, the following weights are recommended: Light, Regular, Semibold, Bold and Black and their variants in italic.

If a default font is needed, for internal applications or presentations, we recommend the use of Arial.

Its versatility allows it to be used successfully in printed and digital media. The use of Regular and Bold weights (and their variants in italic) is recommended.
