Zero Lot LiLOT ne ZERO LINE The Home I designed for the zero lot line project focused on the functionality and flow of the space. One of my goals was to make every square foot count by limiting dead or unused space. One of the ways I acheived this was by having a centralized staircase and a split level layout. This setup allows me to eliminate the use of hallways while still seperating public and private spaces. Features of the home include roof deck, double-height living room, and large bedrooms with clerestory windows. Rendering was done using pastel marker and pencil crayons.

Mixe d-use
Cy p r e s s C o u r t CYPRESS COURT This mixed-use building is located in Kitsilano and provides space for retail, office and residential. Attention was given to abide to the VBBL and the BCBC and to make the building as profitable as possible. This was attend through efficient parking, maximizing retail space, and opening up the corridor to exclude it from FSR calculations. Media Used: AutoCAD- Plan + elevation geometry Sketchup- Perspective geometric Photoshop- Layout + text Pastel markers- Color rendering Recycled matte board- Study Model Partner-Annette Lam

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” – Mark Twain
