My work: In charge of the coordination of passive relief system design, CCF (closed cavity facade) dry air and blind system design. Collaborate with structural, MEP, lighting, acoustic consultants to resolve technical challenges, produced drawings for CD sets, review and respond to submittals/RFIs.

Renderings

The intent of this project is to enrich the tenant experience by modernizing the public roof terraces and adding amenities. The amenities are meant to exceed expectations of the market place; to attract new tenants and ultimately increase rents in the building.

Floor Plan

The northeast terrace will include support for a variety of activities, including social gatherings, catered events, and informal presentations. These public activities could be utilized by both tenants and the general public. The southeast terrace will support tenant activities, providing intimate outdoor space for respite, and informal interaction, as well as spaces that augment tenant spaces by providing areas for work and meeting.
