CHIVE BLOSSOMS Delicate appearance with a strong chive/ onion-y flavor. MINT BLOSSOMS Lovely purple and white fluffy blossoms with intense mint and licorice flavors. ROSEMARY FLOWERS Tiny delicate light blue-ish purple flowers attached to the stems in between the needles, and have a concentrated rosemary flavor. CILANTRO FLOWERS Tiny white flowers with a potent cilantro flavor. DILL FLOWERS Clusters of tiny bright yellow flowers on thin green stems. They have a concentrated very sweet Dill taste and aroma. FENNEL FLOWERS Look just like Dill Flowers, but have an unmistakable sweet licorice flavor. THYME FLOWERS Very tiny with a delicate appearance, but have huge flavor.

These velvety soft, multi colored, flower “faces” are completely edible. Their mild wintergreen flavor is a great accent for cocktails, salads, soups and desserts. Pansies are often candied to top wedding cakes and the like. Scatter around to finish a formal table setting. Greenhouse grown according to strict HACCP food safety guidelines in a socially responsible culture with biological crop protection. Pansies have a slightly grassy—even minty—flavor, so they work well in herb-flavored summer cocktails and fruit salads. Generally available year round, these pretty large petals are great in soups and salads, for decorating platters and designer cocktails. Their flavor starts out sweet and innocuous but leaves a peppery tang on the tongue. These gorgeous flowers have a slightly peppery taste, almost like watercress, which makes them perfect for summer rice paper rolls. Snapdragons have a soft, fuzzy texture and a unique shape with a deeply cupped blossom. Their flavor is similar to other flowers - herby, grassy, and somewhat bitter. Colorful and striking flame-like blossoms with a flavor that is similar corn silk. Harvested from the amaranth plant, Firesticks are gleaned from the most vibrant portion of the plant. They can literally be added to nearly any dish, appetizer or dessert.
