OU R TER MS OF S ERVICE ORDER INFORMATION Orders may be placed by contacting Rep, email orders@simbihaiti.com or calling Simbi HQ at (954) 999-5736. We will also connect you with a sales representative in your area for future re-orders. Opening Order minimum is $250 and Re-Order minimum is $120 You must maintain a minimum keystone price on all listed products. Shipments can be expected within 1-2 weeks of order receipts. (may be longer during peak seasons) Simbi must approve any retailers who would like to sell in third-party online marketplaces (i.e. Amazon, E-Bay, Way-Fair, WalMart). Retailer’s own/direct websites are acceptable. Simbi may be sold at approved locations. If you have multiple store locations, each location is subject to approval. If an item/pack in a package is on back order we will notify the account and ship the item when it becomes in-stock again. This is so the entire order will not beheld up. Please notify Simbi HQ if you would like everything shipped at once. Custom Orders will require a 8-10 week window and a non-refundable 50% deposit. Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to cancelation, and accounts terminated if failure to agree with rules/regulations.
MISSING PRODUCT Customer has 5 business days based off of delivery date of goods to report missing / incorrect shipped product. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees for goods ordered incorrect on their part.
CANCELATIONS All cancelations are required to give a 72 hour notice before shipment date. If a cancellation happens after the 72-hour window, a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Custom order cancelations will not be refunded the 50% deposit. If a package is refused at customs / third-party shipping company the buyer/company is responsible for the shipping charges.
PAYMENT INFORMATION Simbi USA Inc. accepts all major forms of payment including Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express, Apple Pay and Pay Pal. All account information will be kept on file for future orders and will NOT be shared/sold with third parties. All first-time orders will be bill to a credit card and all cards will be charged on requested dates or within one week of its scheduled ship date. If there is a delay in a credit card payment, the order can be shipped up to 3 days from the date of payment. Orders may also be paid via link sent directly to given email on order sheet. To request net terms please contact Simbi HQ for required paperwork. Simbi Sales Manager is the only representative authorized to approve net terms. All orders that are failed to be paid on time will result in a 10% late fee per month unless otherwise pre-discussed with Simbi HQ.
SHIPPING INFORMATION FedEx and USPS Priority are our primary methods of shipping. If account has another form of shipping it must be provided at the time of ordering or a week before schedule shipment date. Each order is expected to ship in a 1-2 week turnaround time from when Simbi USA Inc. receives the order. Rush Deliveries is available at an additional cost. Local deliveries are available for accounts residing within 30 miles of Simbi HQ.
WARRANTY INFORMATION Simbi stands behind the quality of our products with wholesale lifetime quarantined. If a product breaks at retail counter top or in shipment Simbi will replace or give credit on next order shipment. For a customer warranty they have 30 days from retail purchase. A photograph of broken product(s) is required as proof when claim is filed. For any additional questions or concerns please contact Simbi HQ. All Simbi sales are Final and may not be returned without approval from Simbi HQ. Retailer agrees to these terms by payment for your order(s).
