Concept A

Land Use Campus-like site organization of land uses West campus includes corporate campus facility, conference center, office and light industrial uses East campus includes health and wellness uses Central campus includes greater mix of business park support uses including retail, office, residential, hotel and civic uses Larger scaled industrial uses are located to the north and west portions of the site Open Space Development is organized around pedestrian-friendly public open spaces Open space serves wildlife, recreational and stormwater management needs Project greenways connect to the regional system of greenways Circulation Proposed CR 23 bisects the project site running northeast and southwest Roadways are kept to a minimum to promote pedestrian, bicycle and public transit The intersection at Hwy 19 considers a roundabout solution Extensive pedestrian and bike system Land Use Summary Land Use
