Joe Adsett Architects (JAA) is an award winning practice specialising in luxury residential architecture, with a design philosophy of subtropical modernism. Lead by Brisbane local, Joe Adsett, the studio is currently completing several luxury multiresidential projects across SE Queensland.

CARPARKING

Minimum 2 per apartment. All spaces are garaged. The driveway is accessed via Eden Avenue to the rear of the site.

PROCESS

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

Expression of Interest with a $5000 holding deposit. This EOI will afford the opportunity to meet and discuss any modifications or changes you would like to make. Should you not wish to proceed, your holding deposit will be refunded.

CONTRACT

Our lawyers HWL Ebsworth will be preparing our contracts. Any changes or modifications to the apartments will be captured ahead of signing.

CONTRACT DEPOSIT

We require a 10% deposit payable within 5 days of signing your Contract.

DEPOSIT

Deposits will be held in trust in HWL Ebsworth’s trust account. Funds will be invested for the duration of the project, with 100% of returns (minus bank fees) will be paid to the purchaser.

No – we will not be seeking permissions from Council to provide for short term letting. We have designed the building to be reflective of an Owner Occupier purchasing demographic.

Located at the rear of the building. The pool is heated by electricity and will be incorporated into the Body Corporate Contributions.
