Architectural Projects 1.Vocational School 2.Electrical Project plans 3.Residential housing project 4.Models

!" !"#$%&"'$()*#+""( This University Project designed during my bachelor years represents a vocational school. Green and open spaces are at the center of the design. The recreational areas as well as the transitional ones are surrounded by greenery which makes the educational space more pleasant and enjoyable and in doing so maximizing inspiration and academical input. The path of this insitution is made out of several levels all connected through stairs that represent the journey/path that the student has to accomplish in order to graduate. The discipline that the school system represents is shown in the rigidness and orgnization of the buildings.

!"#$%&"'$()*#+""(,)-($'* The drawing plans show how the design of the classrooms has a view over the green spaces, creating a soothing and well thought of environment for the students. The cultural spaces of the project like the theater, the multimedia room and the library are at the ‘openings’ of the project since they all have easy access from the administration through a ramp that goes all the way from top, the library to the bottom where the theater can be found. This easy access also makes it best for guests that would only want to access the educational institution for the sole purpose of attending a play or visitng the libratry .

The project masters a balance between education and recreational activities.

!" !"!#$%&#'"()"'*+ This project realized during my years in my architecture formation shows detailed plans of electrical outlets in the apartment. After designing the initial architectural plans, some details are added through the project depicting items that require electrical power. This project can also be described as a power/communication plan development. Made with AutoCAD and completed according to electrical and architectural requirements.

!"

!"#$%"&'$()*+!,-".' This Residential project was finalized during my years working as a junior Architect. Two residential buildings constructed in the area of Beirut containing 16 apartments which were all acquired by clients. My work consisted on finalizing AutoCAD drawings as well as on site, supervising the work and assuring perfect coordination with the design and plans.

A photo of the project after its full completion in the area of Beirut. These residential buildings were made with maximum greenery on the rooftop, balconies and entrance hall providing a cozier and warmer aspect to these apartments

!" !""#$%&'%(#)* These pages display an interior design project that was realized during my Master’s in Florence. 'Interior Design Project for offices of Footlocker's brand Six 02 '. The design focuses on colours of the brand as well as an easy, relaxing and comfortable environment for work, giving the office and added "homey" touch. The project consists of an entrance hall, an office, work space as well as a chill area where employees could enjoy their breaks or work in a more comfortable zone. This comfort space is divided into an indoor and an outdoor expansion, providing a more relaxed and open space.

!" !"#$%"&'$()*%"#$+& The following designs show a selection of interior spaces that were designed for clients in the contracting company after their purchase of the apartment. Inspired by cozy, relaxing and ‘homey’ ideas, the interior spaces give out a feeling of being at ease in each clients home, while also following the clients taste as to make their space feel like their own, projectingwhat their image of relaxation and coziness represents.

~ Dining Area ~

Different designs of wall settings in the living rooms, for a cozy but at the same time luxurious lifestyle. The warm colors create a space of comfort, the materials used such as wood marble and concrete reflect a natural surrounding with a rough touch adding a bit of character to the design

~ Living Room ~

The fire place gives out a lavish touch to this homey setting, lights were carefully placed as to bring out the details of the design. This home is situated in Beirut where the weather is meditarrenean, warm yet a bit chilly in the cold seasons which is why cold stones were used to make the space a bit fresher in the hot season while the fireplace was added to add this bit of warmness in the colder days. The designs are simple yet practical with a lot of storage places and display shelves.

Warm, cozy, and relaxing this is what describes best these room designs. The first one, a master bedroom where the main material used is wood shows a comfortable space where the clients can enjoy a relaxing time or a good book on the cozy setting by the window. The design is clean warm and inviting. The second picture witch depicts a uni-sex room also invites a cozy and warm vibe with the lighting placed on an optimal location giving out a feeling of a pleasant space, perfect to come to and unwind by the end of the day.

Kitchen design , simple, neutral colors, grey and white

!" !"#$%&!%'$()"#*+' This project shows an Italian restaurant in the city of Hong Kong, The idea behind this design comes from its name 'lucciole' which means fireflies. The restaurant lights up during the night with several small lightings resembling the image of what a group of fireflies would look like during an evening. The challenge in this project was to choose the right materials the right lightings in order to give the customer the desired experience of a natural evening night.

!"#$%&'()*

!"#$$%&"'( An olive tree was added in the middle of the dining space bringing a Mediterranean touch as a reminder of the Italian presence. Reflecting finishes were chosen such as marble, mirrors as well as tiles all over the walls. Enhancing the lighting experience even more so. The rendering of the dining area illustrates the mirrors , lighting dining table and chairs and the dividing glass arches between the entrance hall, bar and dining area

The Bar Design follows the dining room ambience with the same colors and same materials used, the lightings above the bar also remind us of the concept,‘lucciole’ the greenery going down the ceiling follows the same trend seen previously to keep this nature feel in all the restaurant.

!" !"#$%"&'$()*%"#$+&* These projects were recently realized as a part of my several designs as a freelancer for clients in interior spaces. Each design and each room realized gives out several and different ideas depending on the clients taste as well as the room’s architecture, different colors materials and concepts were used in order to meet different opinions and ideas each customized in order to make a place that the client would call ‘home’.

Working/ Office area for a fashion writer, the colors were neutral yet popped up to show the contrast between the grey and the nude pink

Reading/ Corner sitting area in the same room , using the same colors all around the room but changing the flooring to seperate both rooms

Toned down colors for a more relaxing and light design.

The room embodies a sort of simplicity along with the soft colors and the minimal additions to the room. Creating a space of privacy, seclusion and isolated from the rest of the house, where one could go to, to feel at ease.

!"#$%&'()*

!"#$%& Here as seen in the pictures the clients wished for a simple, clean and minimalistic design. Wooden floors were used to make the rooms more warm since they both consist of rooms that are actively used by the owners. The colors are simple yet unique in each room, the design is simple clean and minimalistic as requested but with a bit of warmth added by the touch of colors and wood flooring.

!"#"$%&'(() Cozy living room with natural light and colors, simple
