Mount Michael Basketball Fans, Since 1968, Mount Michael basketball teams have qualified for 15 state tournaments, been state runner up three times, and won two state championships! Mount Michael basketball has a proud tradition of excellence. This season we have continued that tradition and earned our spot in the 2015 Nebraska state basketball tournament. One of the biggest reasons for our rich tradition is because of you, the fans. I would like to thank you for your unwavering support and loyalty this season and personally invite you to our first round game. This year’s team has been relentless in its pursuit of a state tournament birth and we hope to make Mount Michael proud as we take to the court next Thursday. You are also invited to attend a pre-game gathering at Barry’s in downtown Lincoln beginning at 4:30 p.m. All are welcome to attend. Come help cheer the Knights on to victory.
