New listings (655) in West Portland increased 20.8% from the 542 listed in January 2022, and decreased 6% from the 698 listed in February 2021. Closed sales (491) increased 2% from the 481 closings in January 2022, and decreased 9.7% from the 544 closings in February 2021.
