Designing physical menus for all Food & Beverage outlets for the hotel

ROLE Propose 2 design options for physical menus for each outet. Next, the selected option will be executed by crafting with Photoshop and Indesign softwares for final proposal to the Management. Final artwork with material specifications, finishing is sent to the printer for production once they are approved.

MEDIUMS Design Proposals
Selected Design A6 sized menu with pockets, adorned with a ‘Tee Deck’ flag which sites on a grass patch Other design options. Request: Provide visuals for the menu by featuring dishes via images or sketches.
Tee Deck: Alfresco Bar & Grill
Thai BBQ, Western-style grills and ‘farm-to-table’ dishes.
Selected Design A5 sized menus slotted within a metal, engraved holder designed like a golf buggy Menu holder and menu layout had to be redesigned for proposed designs to be portable and easy to browse through.
Legend’s Bar: Bar & Lounge
Téte-à-téte, alcoholic beverages, wines and bar bites.
Wine List for all Food & Beverage Outlets
Red, White, Sparkling, Champagne wines in various regions.
Postcard sized menu inserts with genuine leather cover in various colours and silver foil stamping Superimposing menu inserts and leather colours for visual purposes
