Rum Punch

My family and I have had many wonderful vacations in the Carribean and this recipe takes me back there. It can easily be doubled or tripled to serve a crowd.

Serves 4

Ingredients

2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice 2 cups pineapple juice ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice ½ cup light rum ½ cup dark rum ¼ cup grenadine 8 dashes Angostura bitters Ice cubes Pineapple wedges and good-quality maraschino cherries, for garnish

Recipe

Combine the orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, rums, grenadine, and bitters in a serving pitcher. Stir and chill until cold, at least 2 hours. Serve in glasses filled with ice and garnished with pineapple wedges and maraschino cherries.
