Patty Lopez “I love talking to people, and listening to what they want to accomplish financially and in life,” she says. “Parts of the process can be challenging, but it’s worth it for the satisfaction of knowing I was able to help someone get into a home they really want.” But Patty didn’t feel her firm was giving her the support she needed to move ahead. “I felt there was more I could do for my clients, myself and my business, but I just didn’t know what it was,” she says. “When I began to work short sales during the economic crisis, I was told to not waste my time. I felt that this was what the economy was giving me to work with, so I built my inventory and knowledge of the field.
