Susan Jacobs, Manager Renowned for her abilities as an agent leader and mentor, Susan Jacobs began her career in 1985 at the Jon Douglas Company. She joined the Beverly Hills office of John Aaroe & Associates in 1994. Three years later, Susan embarked on a new direction as Associate Manager and New Agent Trainer for DBL Beverly Hills (later Sothebys International Realty). In 2008 she took her seasoned leadership skills to the next level as Branch Manager of the Prudential California Realty Pacific Design Center office. In 2011, Susan joined John Aaroe Group to lead the agents of its Sherman Oaks office in the San Fernando Valley — her home for many years.

Kevin Driscoll In considering a move to John Aaroe Group, Kevin saw the chance to be a part of a more locally focused boutique company that would listen to and respond to its agents’ needs immediately, “not in three weeks … maybe.” He soon found that responsiveness went straight to the top. “I was up against three other powerhouse agents for a $5.4M listing. Since the property was by a noted architect, I asked John Aaroe to meet with my sellers to pitch our Architectural Division. He gladly obliged, and I listed the house and sold it within a week.” This company listens to its agents in small ways, too. Kevin recently e-mailed Aaroe about two malfunctioning copiers, machines used by everyone many, many times a day. John immediately had both pulled and replaced. “That never would have happened at a large conglomerate,” Kevin says. “It may seem like a small thing, but it was a huge deal for us.” Kevin believes that the power of the Aaroe name extends far beyond one person.
