Description: The Advanced Diploma in Health Fitness will help people in looking for nutritious guidance on staying healthy to help in upgrading wellbeing and wellness. Health Fitness is not just about weight loss, its main objective is to live healthily without sacri cing happiness in the duration of the course. You will be able to know the de nition of what healthy is and how you can improve the status of your health in this course. You will be able to take the strategies, complemented by activity based worksheets and reasonable contextual analyses to be able to understand more about health and tness. Lastly, you will be able to mind tness and live a healthy emotional life.
Who is the course for? Trainers, professionals and other busy people who are into health and tness. Health conscious people who want to strengthen their bodies and maintain their wellness.
Entry Requirement: This course is available to all learners, of all academic backgrounds. Learners should be aged 16 or over to undertake the quali cation. Good understanding of English language, numeracy and ICT are required to attend this course.
Assessment: At the end of the course, you will be required to sit an online multiple-choice test. Your test will be assessed automatically and immediately so that you will instantly know whether you have been successful. Before sitting for your nal exam you will have the opportunity to test your pro ciency with a mock exam.
Certi cation: After you have successfully passed the test, you will be able to obtain an Accredited Certi cate of Achievement. You can however also obtain a Course Completion Certi cate following the course completion without sitting for the test. Certi cates can be obtained either in hard copy at a cost of £39 or in PDF format at a cost of £24. PDF certi cate’s turnaround time is 24 hours and for the hardcopy certi cate, it is 3-9 working
