It is the Preparation series course that includes several courses related to Project Management. In the course, you will learn the application and exam process, Dynamic System Development, the concept of Value-driven Delivery, the process of Stakeholder engagement, the ways of boosting team performance, adaptive planning procedures, Problem detection and resolution and Continuous Improvement Process.
