In consideration of my entry being accepted, I intend to be legally bound and do hereby for my heirs and executors, waive & release any and all rights and claims for damages which I may have against the Sailfish Striders, any race sponsors/volunteers, for any and all damages and injuries suffered by me in connection with entry and participation in this event. If I suffer injuries or illness, I authorize officials of the race to use their discretion to have me transported to a medical facility and take full responsibility for this action.
