Check out this list of five destinations for solo travelers before making your decision. 1) Reykjavik, Iceland Reykjavik is a great place for solo travelers. It’s small enough that you can get to know the city in less than 48 hours but big enough to have everything from museums and galleries to restaurants and bars. The locals are amiable, making it easy to meet people if you’re open to it. From Reykjavik, you can quickly go on day trips to nearby cities and glaciers. If the summer is too busy for you, try visiting during wintertime when there aren’t as many tourists around. 2) Dublin, Ireland Dublin is a fantastic place for solo travelers because it’s not too big and has many places to visit.
