I think they need to be a part of any well-balanced portfolio, and inflation is just around the corner. There are a few select oil and gas plays that I like, but generally speaking, I wouldns size and its business plan. When it comes to investing in gold and silver stocks, I always think about the potential for a company to be a takeover candidate. We may get quite a bit of consolidation in mining companies this year, as costs within the industry are going up. Osiskos true that silver has lagged the price action in gold for quite some time.
