Youth to Business Forum The Youth to Business networking program connects leaders of youth organizations with each other. This is a leadership and business development seminar aimed at providing and assisting Kenya’s young leaders and business people with skills, networks and mindset to work cohesively. An on-site and virtual space allows attendees to create and engage with the central themes of ‘global connectivity’ allowing for the development of initiatives in two main areas; entrepreneurship and innovation. Through discussions, debates and workshops the participants have an opportunity to develop critical thinking and professional skills in both areas. The networking opportunities provide the chance for members to expand their personal and professional networks.
Partnership Launch The Partnership Launch represents one of the most highly anticipated events in the congress. The Partnership Launch provides our valued partners the opportunity to share with us their insights and experience, as well as to engage in a spirited dialogue with delegates and partners alike. This event will also provide our delegates the opportunity to understand and appreciate the partners who have made this conference possible. Target audience: All delegates present, as well as our distinguished Corporate Partners. This unique opportunity to host a Partnership Launch will be available to both Diamond and Platinum Sponsors, who will be able to customize this experience, together with AIESEC Kenya, to enhance the interaction and sharing of perspectives.
Empowering Leaders Sessions Empowering Leaders Sessions engages top trainers from renowned companies to empower aspiring leaders with practical leadership skills. Partners will be allocated a slot of two hours to deliver a workshop. This will give our partners unparalleled opportunity to showcase and highlight the leadership styles and work cultures of their organizations.
The workshops will also provide excellent opportunities for companies to exchange views with young leaders thus achieving an in-depth understanding about youth’s perceptions. Target audience: All delegates present at the congress.
Case Challenge The uniqueness of a case challenge pulls together youth from different background to provide their inputs on today’s pertinent business challenges. The collaborative effort and ideas from the delegates fuel the innovation and creativity of the case challenge. The Case Challenge can range from a spectrum of topics such as marketing, corporate social responsibility (under AIESEC Kenya KULEANA initiative) and even HR initiatives. The case challenge launch on the first day of the conference, provides a platform for participating companies to highlight their respective business cases. Our delegates will be then divided evenly into groups, assigned to the cases of their choice. They will be tasked to work on solutions over the subsequent three days and finally present them on the third day. Target audience: Each case will have 6 groups, each group will consist of 5 members. (*The groups and members shall be constituted in reference to the total number of delegates.) This unique opportunity will be available to the Diamond, Platinum and Gold Sponsors, who will be able to customize this case, together with AIESEC Kenya.
