Choosing the right TN

Some information you before applying Which country will the project take place? What issue is the project?

Do you find the Job Description interesting? Are you satisfied with the working hours?

When will the project start? Does it fit to your semester break? Will you miss class during your 6 weeks internship?

Do they provide any food or accommodation? If not, how much will have to spend on that?

Will they provide airport pickup? If not, what to prepare? Will you have a buddy during your stay?

You can follow this guideline if you like

> Paragraph 1: Short introduction about yourself and the purpose of your Email

> Paragraph 2: The reasons you are applying for the project, and also your qualification > Paragraph 3: What do you like about the country where the project takes place? > Paragraph 4: Closing > Extra information: Email address & Skype > Attachment: CV

Tips: - Never forget the subject of the Email - Start by Dear (name) / Dear project manager - Don’t write too long or too short (3-4 paragraphs are enough) - Attach you CV in your email

- Also provide your contact such as email address and Skype ID in the end of your email - Put TN and EP ID in your email - Mention the date you can start your internship - Have an attractive and formal ending

Preparation Understand the Job Description well Be aware of the time-zone dierence Be on time Ensure good internet access See if it is video call or just voice call Be as specific and detailed as possible

* After the interview, you can ask for any information about the project to clear your doubts

FAQ Can you introduce yourself yourself? Why are you interested in this project? What is your greatest accomplishment? Why do you want to go on exchange? Why choosing this project? Your strength and weakness? What do you expect from this program? Why should we choose you?

* Other questions will be to test your qualification for the project you apply for

Acceptance Note

Wha Acceptan Acceptance Note is an agreement stating EP voluntarily accepts the TN provided by the host organization in a certain period of time and TN admits to receive EP to take up the internship vacancy.

t is ce note? After the interview stage, both sides of EP and TN have to reach the agreement and sign Acceptance Notes. Then EP status will be changed to Match, and EP will no longer be able to apply for any other TNs, instead, EP may start to make preparation for their internship. * You are Matched after you exchange the acceptance note!
