DOBLE ERRE The Double R House is a residential project for a family located in the canton of Turrialba, within the province of Cartago in Costa Rica. The project is developed under the parameters of a tropical architecture in the middle of a humid area, under a minimalist aesthetic where the use of wood and steel as main materials stands out. Casa Doble Erre is a house that alludes to the openness with green spaces and gardens within the property and generates a relationship between internal and external space. The project responds to an "L" shaped spatial organization which embraces the gardens and the pool area through elements that open and close. The logic of the house is to respond to a tropical architecture allowing the maximum use of passive ventilation strategies through folding architectural elements that allow closing and opening depending on the use and temporality, allowing cross ventilation flows.

Ports Starlette is a project in France that reflects the spirit of the port architecture of the Starlette district, through staggered, sober and brick-covered architectures in the city of Strasbourg; which corresponds to a complex of mixed-use buildings that evoke their terraces not only towards a single direction to promote the social and common areas for the different users of the project, taking advantage of the greatest number of visuals of the site. Las áreas de trabajo son espacios amplios donde la integración se convierte en una herramienta fundamental para las áreas co-working donde el trabajo se genera de manera conjunta, donde a partir de cortinas verdes de cultivos y jardineras internas donde los elementos verdes sub dividen los espacios en ámbitos distintos de trabajo, se logran crear atmósferas distintas a partir del color, mostrando y haciendo entender en que espacio o nivel los usuarios se encuentran en el edificio a partir de la legibilidad del color.

The project at the external level manages to preserve the aesthetics and the constructive logic that is established in the construction regulations of Starlette in Strasbourg, under the notion of a sober port architecture with the predominance of brick as the main material in its facades; however, the project at the external level manages to break with that rigidity and focuses on spatial sensoriality using color as the main axis through its levels, giving the project a different perspective.

The intention with the use of color, is to ensure that users have a reading and an understanding of where they are located, since the intention is that each area or each level has a different color palette, generating reference points within of the project, also achieving a set of different sensations through each space, managing to transmit a logic of sensoriality and interior design, giving a different twist to the concept of an office or an apartment.

Panoramic view of the project and the site where is located
Glow house is a single-family house located in the mountainous area within the canton of Turrialba, Cartago, Costa Rica. Through its pure volumes and the use of light colors, the client's intention was to highlight the house and the immediate environment through the color contrast between natural green and radiant white, through a minimalist and elegant architecture through the use of pure and clean volumes.
